When you book through Airbnb, a chunk of what you pay is Airbnb's service fee — it never reaches us. Book directly and that money stays in your pocket: check our price on Airbnb, then message us — we'll beat it, every time.
How it works
- Pick your room and dates. Browse the three rooms and check the availability calendar on each page.
- Message us. Email or WhatsApp with your dates, the room, and how many guests. We'll reply quickly with a price — below what Airbnb would charge you.
- Confirm. We confirm by Interac e-transfer (Canada) or another simple method we'll arrange together. You'll get the same check-in instructions, guides and hosting care as every Airbnb guest.
First time staying with us?
Our home has hosted 275+ guests with near-perfect reviews, and we keep it that way by being a little careful about who we host. If you haven't stayed with us before, we'll ask for one of the following with your enquiry:
- a link to your Airbnb profile with at least 3 good reviews from past hosts, or
- a refundable damage deposit, returned within 48 hours of checkout.
Past guests: none of this applies to you — just tell us your dates. 😊
Good to know
- Direct bookings follow the same house rules as our Airbnb listings (quiet hours 11 PM–8 AM, no outside visitors, registered guests only).
- Prices are per night in Canadian dollars; taxes apply and are shown in your quote — no surprise fees.
- Prefer the protection of a platform? No problem — every room page links straight to its Airbnb listing.
